Virgin on the ridiculious
The latest God Botherer movie has been panned by the critics; The Nativity Story isn't doing very well. Groucho Reviews says "The film has all the substance, visual appeal, and excitement of a Hallmark card."
Does that mean it's flashy, soppy and really badly overpriced? All that biblical begatting should have made it a big hit, especially as Keisha Castle Hughes has injected authenticity into this epic by becoming an unwed teenage mother, the father of these products of conception being a carpenter. Catching a bellyful at only 16 is such a sterling role model for our children.
Isn't that taking method acting a little too far? She should have stopped at 'feeling the love'.
