America must have a lot of spare cash. Not only are their space shuttles due for retirement in 2010, now they want to build a permanent base on the moon within 10 years of it.

I guess the Powers That Be will call it Moonbase Alpha? Or maybe Moon Orleans, in honour of the city they forgot. Those people are hurting.

What is there to shoot at out there on the moon anyway, asteroids?
