Walking in a summer wonderland
It's almost Christmas. You can tell by all the houses and gardens lit up like, um, Christmas Trees all over town. Yes, the Americans have infected us with their love of display and Tim the Toolman is alive and well, creating lighting masterpieces of extreme tackiness in a garden near you. Well reasonably near to me, anyway. He's even been to the vet at Welcome Bay.

Ads and I did a bit of the Christmas light trail tonight, with a little random police breathtesting roadblock in the middle, just for a little extra "wow" factor. No, the sexy copper wasn't breathalysing tonight. I don't think detectives do that.


One house, less OTT than the others in a whole street full of OTT lighting had Snoopy's Christmas playing on repeat. It was a lovely touch. Lovely. None had any tasteful strobe lighting driven by computer, though like I want. But mine won't be like this one;
it'll be Floyd and U2 and maybe a little Frank Sinatra.
Actually, for Christmas it's bloody cold here, cold enough to make the camera shiver and take crappy pictures.
